Community Guidelines

Our Core Principle

Maleu is designed to be a premium, authentic space built around meaningful connection, educational sharing (Bloom Mode), and physical tracking (Wrex). These Community Guidelines govern your conduct across all surfaces of our platform, including public posts, comments, Circle memberships, private direct messages, and group chats. They establish a shared standard of safety, trust, and mutual respect.

1. Age and Audience

Maleu is strictly an 18+ community. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use the Platform. We employ an age self-declaration process upon signup. Any accounts discovered to belong to a minor will be terminated immediately, and their data will be purged.

2. Absolute Prohibitions (Zero Tolerance)

Violations in the following categories lead to **immediate and permanent deactivation/termination** without prior warnings or eligibility for appeal, and will be reported to appropriate law enforcement:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Exploitation: Any representation, image, video, text description, or AI-generated depiction of child sexual abuse is strictly banned.
Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII): Sharing or threatening to share intimate photos or videos of anyone without their explicit consent, including deepfakes.
Extremism and Terrorism: Promoting, encouraging, or recruiting for terrorist, extremist, or politically violent groups.
Incite Real-World Physical Violence: Issuing credible threats of violence, self-harm encouragement, or physical harm incitement.
Human Trafficking and Exploitation: Any attempt to solicit, promote, or coordinate human trafficking or exploitation.

3. Serious Violations and Content Controls

The following behaviors are prohibited and will result in content removal and warning strikes under our strike policy:

Hate Speech: Attacking or dehumanizing individuals or groups based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or caste.
Harassment and Bullying: Targeting individuals with repeated unwanted contact, insults, doxxing (releasing private info), or coordinated attacks.
Biometrics and Camera Roll (Poses): The Poses tool is purely for photography alignment. It must never be used to capture, map, or humiliate others without their knowledge, or depict sexual nudity.
AI-Generated Content: All AI-generated posts must be labeled as such. Unlabeled AI-generated content is a violation of our guidelines.
Spam and Manipulation: Using bots, automated crawlers, buying fake engagement, or sending mass unsolicited messages.

4. Community Feature Standards

4.1 Circle Conduct

Circles are structured interest groups. Circle creators must actively moderate their spaces. Circle rules can be stricter than our guidelines but cannot override them.

4.2 Message Standards

Direct messages and group chats are held to the same safety standards as public posts. Harassment, threat delivery, or spamming inside chats will lead to account restrictions.

5. Strike System

Warnings and bans are enforced cumulatively using our strike system:

1 - 4 Strikes	Formal in-app warnings; content removed immediately.
5 Strikes	Account flagged; mandatory review; public posting restricted.
6 Strikes	Temporary account deactivation and suspension.
7 Strikes	Permanent account ban and deactivation.

6. Reporting and Appeals

You can report content, profiles, or chats directly in the app. Reports are confidential and never shared with the reported party.

If your content was removed or account restricted, you may appeal exclusively by email to fuy.aphelion@gmail.com. Provide your username and context. Ban appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the decision.
